1. What We Collect

When you purchase Crown Framework, we collect:

• Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card number.
• Email address: For purchase receipt and product delivery.
• GitHub username: To grant access to the private repository.

That is all we collect. We do not use tracking pixels, analytics cookies, or third-party advertising trackers on our website.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Process your purchase and deliver the product
• Send you a purchase receipt
• Grant you access to the GitHub repository
• Contact you about critical product updates (security patches only)

We will never sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. The Software Itself

Crown Framework runs entirely on your local machine. It does not phone home, collect telemetry, send usage data, or communicate with our servers in any way. The software is fully offline-capable once installed.

The software connects to third-party services (Anthropic Claude API, OpenAI API, etc.) only when you configure it to do so with your own API keys. We have no access to your API keys or the data processed through those services.

4. Data Storage

Your purchase information is stored securely by Stripe (our payment processor). Your GitHub username is stored in our delivery system to process repository invitations. We do not maintain a separate customer database beyond what Stripe provides.

5. Cookies

Our website uses minimal cookies required for basic functionality. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or analytics services that track individual users.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Stripe: Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• GitHub: Product delivery via private repository. Subject to GitHub's Privacy Statement.
• Cloudflare: Website hosting and DNS. Subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

7. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Note that this may revoke your access to the private GitHub repository, as we use your GitHub username for access control.

8. Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
