Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By purchasing Crown Framework, you agree to these terms. Crown Framework is a digital software product sold by Crown Framework ("we," "us," "our"). Your purchase grants you a license to use the software under the terms described below.

2. License

Crown Framework is licensed under the Business Source License 1.1 (BSL). This grants you the right to:

• Use the software for your own internal business purposes
• Read, modify, and customize the source code for your own use
• Deploy the software on your own infrastructure

You may NOT:

• Sell, resell, or redistribute Crown Framework as a standalone product
• Offer Crown Framework as a hosted service to third parties
• Remove or alter license headers or watermarks
• Share your purchased copy with others who have not purchased a license

After March 22, 2030 (the Change Date), the software converts to the MIT license.

3. Requirements

Crown Framework requires a separate Claude Code subscription from Anthropic ($20–$200/month depending on tier). We are not affiliated with Anthropic. Claude and Claude Code are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC. You are responsible for maintaining your own Claude Code subscription.

4. Delivery

Upon purchase, you will receive access to a private GitHub repository containing the Crown Framework source code. Access is granted via GitHub invitation to the username you provide during checkout. Delivery is typically instant but may take up to 24 hours.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital software with full source code access, we do not offer refunds. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product description, features, and documentation available on our website before making your purchase decision.

6. Updates

Core tier: Includes updates within the v1.x release line. Major version upgrades (v2.0+) may require a separate purchase or upgrade fee.

Pro tier: Includes lifetime updates across all versions.

7. Support

Support is provided on a best-effort basis through GitHub Issues and community channels. We do not guarantee response times or resolution of specific issues. The software is provided as-is.

8. Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE. You use Crown Framework at your own risk.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
